MSF Rainbow Network

MSF aims to create a work environment where all staff feel safe, respected, and valued. The MSF Rainbow Network was found in 2016 to ensure that the definition of diversity in MSF includes sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression; stimulate initiatives that enhance inclusiveness of LGBTQ+ staff; and enable visibility of LGBTQ+ staff for those who want to be out. The Rainbow Network connects LGBTQ+ staff and allies and organizes activities of interest to members and linked to the network’s objectives.
