  • Supervise orders of medical and drug materials, ensuring efficient consumption patterns within budget constraints.
  • Supervise the supply of drugs to patients based on medical prescriptions, informing them about consumption patterns and ensuring their therapeutic progression.
  • Ensure efficient supply to other pharmacies supported by MSF, using cold chain protocols when necessary, and monitoring orders to prevent stock shortages or expired drugs.
  • Supervise pharmaceutical and nursing staff in collaboration with the human resources department, ensuring correct team sizing, recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and knowledge development.
  • Record all received and dispensed items in 'Isystock' (programme) and report on drug consumption, unusual patterns, and forecast future needs.
  • Assist in training nursing staff regarding drug dispensing and their side effects.
